These terms govern your use of lockedincoatings.ca and the AI tools provided on it.

Estimates

All quotes provided on this site, by Maya the virtual receptionist, or by the AI Visualizer are non-binding. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after an on-site inspection. Pricing ranges shown (e.g. $6-12+ per square foot) are guides and depend on substrate condition, prep requirements, and coating system selected.

AI Visualizer disclaimer

Renders produced by the AI Visualizer are illustrative previews only. They are not a guarantee of the exact finish, color, sheen, or texture. Real-world results depend on concrete condition, lighting, and the coating system installed. The final finish will be confirmed on-site.

Service area

Locked In primarily serves Calgary, Alberta and surrounding communities. We reserve the right to decline jobs outside our coverage area or outside the appropriate weather window for the coating system.

Warranty

Workmanship warranty terms are presented in writing at quote sign-off. Manufacturer warranties on coating systems follow the manufacturer's terms and are passed through to the customer.
